As in previous years, the Truck and Fleet Awards 2026 combine traditional nominated and judged awards, as well as categories which are open to voting by industry professionals.

Potential winners can now submit their NOMINATIONS. Submitting your entry is easy, simply upload your nomination with images and other information, including technical specifications by 20th December for our judging panel.

Entries for VOTE categories have an earlier deadline of Friday 21st November, 2025. From the 1st January 2026, we will then be staging a public vote to find out the market’s preferred winner in each of the open categories.

For the prestigious Middle East Truck of the Year award, we will be holding a judging process conducted by a panel of industry experts ahead of the Awards evening on 12 February 2026 where the winners will be announced.

The voting categories are open to all industry professionals, ensuring a broad and fair representation of the market’s opinions. The process is designed to be transparent, with all submissions undergoing verification before votes are registered. The voting process is moderated to ensure fairness, and the judging oversight panel reserves the right to disregard any irregular voting patterns.

The public vote is an integral part of the awards process, aimed at engaging the entire professional fleet sector in the region. The goal is to promote excellence and acknowledge the contributions that fleets, manufacturers, and dealers make to the market. Voting will help determine the shortlist of finalists, who will then be evaluated by the judging panel for final selection.

Winners at the Truck and Fleet ME Awards will receive a custom-designed trophy engraved with their details, symbolising their achievement in the industry. In addition, winners will benefit from extensive press coverage in both print and online media, alongside social media exposure on the night of the awards. This recognition serves as a powerful endorsement of the winner’s excellence and innovation, reinforcing their reputation among clients and peers.

Uploading your product and company information is simple and free, and it guarantees your entry into the region-wide vote. The nomination period closes on 20th December 2025, after which the public vote will begin on 1st January 2026.

For those entering the Middle East Truck of the Year Award, your nomination will be reviewed by the judging panel in January 2026. The finalists will be announced ahead of the awards event on 12 February 2026.

The Truck and Fleet Awards 2026 encourage companies to submit detailed and well-documented entries. Submissions should include an introduction to the company, a list of significant achievements completed between September 2023 and October 2025, and a summary of company performance during this period. Financial information, growth data, and proof of performance are welcome and will be treated as confidential. Testimonials from clients and project partners are highly valued, particularly those demonstrating innovative approaches to challenges such as e-commerce demand, sustainability, and rising fuel costs.

For vehicle and product awards, eligible vehicles must have been launched, revised, or updated with substantial new services since September 2023. Nominations should include links to product information, images, technical specifications, and testimonials. The final judging process will consider vehicles and products with a proven track record in the market, as well as those that have introduced significant innovations but may not yet have extensive regional data.

The Awards cover the entire Middle East and North Africa region. Companies operating within this region will be eligible for nomination.

Any authorised person from within a transport-focused organisation can nominate the company, or an individual working for or with that company, for an award. All nominations must be via the nomination form

Voting will find the shortlist of finalists. We believe in engagement with all stakeholders and the inclusion of as many fleet professionals in the market as possible. The VOTE categories are intended to allow operators, vendors and suppliers that use multiple platforms to engage with our audience and their client base.

Please submit the nomination form accurately and completely. Utilise the word limits to their fullest, and follow the criteria instructions for each category sections as closely as possible. It is important that you provide full, but concise, information about the organisation, project or individual you are nominating. Focus on explaining what you are doing and why you deserve to win. We know and work with your companies, so keep the introductions to a minimum and focus on getting the crucial pieces of information across. In the interest of fairness, the winner of the Middle East Truck of the Year Award is chosen by an independent panel of judges, drawn from across the Middle East transport industry. While there will be only one winner, the judges do distinguish two further nominations with a ‘highly commended’ recognition. This will be announced on the night of the awards, prior to the winner being revealed.

While you must fill up your nomination form via the website, you will also be able to upload supporting documentation and images prior to submitting the form. Once you submit, all attached documentation and files, along with your completed nomination form, will be uploaded to our secure servers.

Should your nomination be successful, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. Please check both your regular email and junk mail folders, as sometimes, spam filters may stop this email. If you feel that there might be a problem with your nomination upload, please contact the editorial team at Truck and Fleet ME. However, we will not be able to discuss any particular nominations while it is up for consideration, or if it does not succeed in making the final list.
