The Truck and Fleet Awards 2025 cover a wide range of categories, each designed to recognise excellence across different facets of the industry.
Nominations and Voting Process
The 2025 awards are open for nominations, inviting companies and individuals to submit their entries across various categories. Whether you’re a fleet operator, vehicle manufacturer, distributor, or dealer, this is your opportunity to showcase your innovations, achievements, and contributions to the industry. Submitting your nomination is straightforward; simply upload your entry with accompanying images and detailed information, including technical specifications, before 24th November 2024.
Following the nomination period, a public vote will commence on 27th November 2024, allowing industry professionals to have their say in selecting the market’s preferred winners in each category. Voting will close on 10th January 2025, with all submissions subject to verification. To ensure fairness, votes cast by employees or associates of nominees will not be counted. It’s important to note that Fleet Award entries are treated as confidential and are not subject to the public voting process.

The Judging Panel and Middle East Truck of the Year Award
The Middle East Truck of the Year Award remains one of the most prestigious accolades of the event. This award recognises the outstanding contributions of any truck-classified vehicle available in the market since January 2021. Unlike other categories, the winner of this award is determined by an independent panel of judges, consisting of experts from across the Middle East transport industry.
Adjudication for the Middle East Truck of the Year Award will take place in January 2025, with a shortlist of nominees being released ahead of the awards night. The winner, along with two additional ‘highly commended’ recognitions, will be revealed during the awards ceremony on 30th January 2025.

Heavy-Duty Truck of the Year
- This award celebrates the important and historic contribution to the economic and social growth of the region of heavy duty and medium duty trucks in a variety of sectors including construction, logistics and materials transportation.
- Which truck has made the biggest impact in the market in the past 18 months? Open to any nominations for any HD truck launched, truck revision or updated with substantial new services introduced in the MENA market since January 2021.

Medium-Duty Truck of the Year
- This award recognises the growing importance to fleets in the region of medium duty trucks in a variety of sectors including construction, logistics and waste management. Which medium truck has made the biggest impact in the market in the past 18 months?
- Open to any nominations for a MD launched, revised or updated with substantial new services introduced in the MENA market since January 2021. The overall winner will be one that not only sets a new standard in the market but also will help enhance fleet operations and open up new business possibilities for fleets in the market.
