The voting categories are open to all industry professionals, and all submissions are subject to verification. To ensure fairness, votes made by employees or associates of nominees will not be counted.

For Judged Awards, entries are treated as confidential and are not subject to the public voting process, maintaining the integrity of the assessment.

For the Middle East Truck of the Year Award, a panel of industry experts will conduct a rigorous judging process ahead of the awards ceremony. The winners will be determined during the final judging session on TBC January 2026  and announced on the Awards evening.
